Epiderm cream is a combination of a topical steroid - betamethasone, an antibacterial called gentamicin, and the antifungals tolnaftate and iodochlorhydroxyquinoline, which has both antibacterial and antifungal action. Use the original Epiderm cream to treat several skin conditions associated with redness and swelling (inflammation) and mixed bacterial and fungal infections like eczema, seborrheic and contact dermatitis, psoriasis, ringworm, athlete’s foot, and as a skin itching .
